Helen Chapman (pictured left) who leads our Coaching Practice is an NLP Coach and an Accredited Coach through the Association for Coaching (AC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has a strong Coaching track record gained across a wide range of clients, countries and industries.

Helen is also a Coach Supervisor and a member of the board that assesses new Coaches for the Association for Coaching.

We provide Leadership Coaching for new leaders, and leaders want to expand their leadership skills, Career Coaching for individuals wishing to develop their career or decide on a new career direction, Performance Coaching for individuals wanting to improve their effectiveness and productivity, Empowerment Coaching for individuals who want to take more control over their personal and business lives and Resilience Coaching for individuals who want to feel more balanced and energised.


We offer telephone and face-to-face coaching packages tailored to suit people at all levels in your organisation. We also provide a coaching clinic and group coaching so many people in your organisation can benefit from having the space and time to think in new ways. All coaching is carried out according to the ethical guidelines laid out by the Association for Coaching (AC) and International Coaching Federation (ICF). The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, 360 feedback and NLP techniques are often employed to encourage clients to think differently and gain greater self awareness.
