Healthy change

We run workshops for people who are going through, or are about to go through a period of change or uncertainty associated with a new project, a new organsational structure, outsourcing, shared services, off shoring and or operational excellence. We can explore how to lead yourself and others through change, how to recognise the stages that you and others will go through and how to move through the change as smoothly as possible. It also explores techniques that you can adopt to be more resilient and effective during this period.
